Earley Pre-school's Keyworker System

On entry to Earley Pre-school each child is assigned a key worker. This allows staff to monitor & plan for the individual needs of each child.

Building firm relationships with parents is important to us. Parents receive feedback on their child's progress through quarterly Parents' afternoons, as well as being encouraged to speak to staff at any time they wish to discuss any aspect of their child's Pre-school experience.
