Staffing at Earley Pre-school

At Earley Pre-school our high staff ratio of 1 adult to every 6 children (the minimum requirement is 1 to 8) enables staff to spend quality time with individual children.

Pre-school staff are mature, dedicated, well trained and hard working.

All staff have Criminal Records Bureau checks and Pre-school is inspected by OFSTED every 4 years.

The staff are referred to as "Aunties" and wear coloured tabard style aprons with their names on to let you and your child know who's who.
